No, this is a different clip. He's recording a commercial for his Top 40 countdown for some local affiliates, and keeps screwing up.

It's similar in content to the infamous Bill O Reilly "FUCK IT, WE'LL DO IT LIVE" clip.

Except Casey doesn't come off as insanely angry as Billo, even when he's cursing.

And they did include the dog thing at the end
