If I judged the whole black race one experience. Well, needless to say, I did not experience one side of black culture. Not all of black people run dog fighting mills, mistreat women, have no family skills, have low self esteems, have criminal tendencies and have an inability to preform ( I assume that part), many white guys fit that description too (some parts of that is assumed too).
Oh, I admit if I could find someone that looked like me AND be compatible. I would be with me. I am a separatist that way. But Me's are very far and few between. And inevitably the cringe factor comes up of "Wow, we look so close alike we could be related". That conversation's pretty much a deal breaker. Just eww.

I hadn't heard the expression used in that context. I know what you mean, though. Someone's being disowned by his/her family because he/she fell in love with someone outside of his/her race. Family disapproval of one's significant other happens all the time. You'd think we've evolved from that, but if it's not a race issue, it's "How much does he make?" "Did he go to university?" "What are the occupations of his parents?"
Hey, I've always had this question that no one seemed to know the answer. How come there are no jokes (at least I haven't heard any) about the heterosexual WASP male? You hear jokes about Chinese, Japanese, Middle Eastern people, Jews, women (woman driver jokes are so tiresome), blacks, but hardly ever about WASPs. Why is that? It leads me to think that all these off-color jokes were made up by WASPs. I did find one website called "Stuff White People Like." It's harmless funny stuff, though, nothing demeaning and malicious.
