Does either candidate want to talk about current issues or are we going to keep hearing about a war that ended 30 years ago for the next 2 months.

I watched both conventions and heard neither party or candidate talk about a very important issue.

Other than blaming Bush, what does Kerry have planned so I can have electricity? I heard his speach and didn't remember hearing a plan (although in all fairness, I was nodding off and he might have said something about it)
