once you get 3 or 4 votes.. you can click on it under your avatar... a link will appear...
look under mine.. see how I have a link under User Rating that says 4 votes..
You click on that and it tells you who voted for you

I just checked..its ok if you do it but you mustn't press Go otherwise you get the non valid user message
