SUSKIND, A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT, WILL CLAIM BUSH MADE THE COMMENTS LAST MONTH IN WASHINGTON.

So Bush's campaign staffer says what the comment means, without denying its accuracy, then bashes the reporter for being "anti-Bush"?

LOL, I used to live up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Maybe it's cause I don't hang around many rednecks. ;)

I don't see anything wrong with the statement Bush made, and i see no reason to defend it.

He was positive tonight, and kept Kerry off keel (read: kept his foot on Kerry's throat)

It's a figure of speech, sheesh, the ankle biting is starting early. Y'all must be smelling the defeat already, lmmfao.
