I keep hearing Bush imply that the war in Iraq is some big joint exercise like the Gulf War.

Just in case anyone was under any doubt about that here are the 34 'countries' and their troop numbers in Iraq as of March. US troops make up 95%.

1 USA 130,000
2 United Kingdom 9,000
3 Italy 3,000
4 Poland 2,460
5 Ukraine 1,600
6 Spain * 1,300
7 Netherlands 1,100
8 Australia 800
9 Romania 700
10 Bulgaria 480
11 Thailand 440
12 Denmark 420
13 Honduras 368
14 El Salvador 361
15 Dominican Republic 302
16 Hungary 300
17 Japan 240
18 Norway 179
19 Mongolia 160
20 Azerbaijan 150
21 Portugal 128
22 Latvia 120
23 Lithuania 118
24 Slovakia 102
25 Czech Republic 80
26 Philippines 80
27 Albania 70
28 Georgia 70
29 New Zealand 61
30 Moldova 50
31 Macedonia 37
32 Estonia 31
33 Canada 31
34 Kazakhstan 25

Most of the countries are just in little support roles of course and seem to be going for the send a couple of hundred truck drivers and the US will be nice to us in the future option...

Sesh, where did you get these figures from? According to our Govt, we don't have troops in Iraq, except for one lone person, A Canadian Forces senior officer deployed on October 2, to serve with the United Nations (UN) as an advisor for the Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) in Iraq. http://www.forces.gc.ca/site/operations/current_ops_e.asp

Cheers!

The funny thing about life is that what comes around goes around, and for a lowilfe piece of shit like you, inevitability could be a moment away.....

If anyone wants to know why the rest of the world thinks Americans are "Assholes", Big Bad Brian is a perfect example!

Thankfully, I have had the opportunity to discover there are decent folks down there, BBB though is one of the most disgusting excuses for a human being that I have ever encountered.

Why? Because you don't agree with him politically on an internet message forum? That seems awfully shallow, to me.

Children, behave.

And Sshesh...you limey bastard, you come in here post and run, like the typical weasel that you are. You're telling me those 9,000 brits are not worth the mention in the coalition. Hey, if Uganda doesn't send their troops it's not because they lack support, but they're too busy raping and pillaging their own people.

Our country has the one of the largest army in the world, it would seem likely we'd have more troops. Yet compared to the actual losses, a small price for freedom which the Iraqies' are now a part of, they are minimal.

Now we got the other powerful countries that have large armies...lesse, France...nope, Germany, nope....Russia, well certainly not after today's revelation of the missing ammo.

So you CANNOT denigrate the efforts of the countries involved in this military operation.

At least, you didn't leave out Poland.

No, because he is the epitomy of rudeness. He has mocked the soldiers of other nations, including US allies, and he has taken it to a personal level with me by mocking my husband's illness. (Parkinson's Disease). I've had numerous political arguments with many on this board (John Ashcroft for example), and they have my respect, because they have earned it... I have nothing but disdain for BBB. :(
