Nevermind. I've found the explanation:

"It is possible to have a voter turnout of more than 100 percent because Wyoming statutes allow voters to register at the polls on election day"

Someone can close this if they want.

That's right...

When you see voter irregularities such as dead people and dogs voting...

It's on the behalf of the FORD crowd 99% of the time...

If it's Democrats committing fraud, at least these dead people existed at one time or another.

They don't even have to exist now, thanks to Diebold.

Oh, and another update:
I actually debunked a story that ran on a few major news sites. I feel semi-important. :)

Keep talking like that and I'm gonna start calling you Mrs. FORD...;)

I don't have a dog, but if I did, he would be a Democrat. And furthermore, I could have voted my grandmother's absentee ballot in 1996, and nobody would have noticed, but I chose not to do so. (She passed away about 6 months before the election)

Yeah, maybe Chuck Hagel will get sick of the BCE agenda and become a Democrat. At least then we would have the ESS electro-fraud machines on our side.

Would that not be a federal crime for the sake of 1 vote which wouldn't change the result?
