      The site is allocated a certain amount of bandwidth it can use in a given period. If it exceeds it (too many attachments being downloaded by the users), it is temporarily taken offline.

      Moving this to Board Feedback.
      I've got the cure you're thinkin' of.

          Hey FORD, sorry for anything I've ever done to you. I've been under a lot of stress ever since coming in here. A lot of people jumping me, caused me to jump you. But if you see Jesus/God, tell them, they can cheer me up when nothing else does. Remember that time??? You could have heard a pin drop. Politics and people don't always mix.
