Yup, I prefer Spybot to Ad-Aware.

Ad Aware can get carried away and start deleting shit you need. It's fucked up one of my PCs at work for weeks now.

I run both Spybot and Adaware... But as Sesh mentioned pay close attention to what they suggest blowing away... you don't want throw the baby out with the bathwater...
