Ifeanyi Ohalete filed a complaint that claims Portis owes $20,000 of $40,000 promised when Ohalete gave Portis the jersey No. 26 during a Redskins minicamp in June.

I was about to say, he's been out since tuesday. That's a shame because he was going for that first time deal with a player rushing for more than 1500 yds. in his first three seasons.
