There are a whole mess of reasons to recall schwarzenegger, not the least of which is he lied about the California budget (he said he could bring it into balance simply by cutting waste and fraud), and he lied about his intention to "cut up the state credit card." After he told us that whopper, he goes out and floats the biggest bond initiative in history! 15 BILLION DOLLARS! He's another in a long line of borrow and spend and let our kids pay it off republicans. But the fact is, WE DON'T NEED A REASON TO START A RECALL! Because of a quirk in the California Constitution, anyone can start a recall just becuase they feel like it.
