I'm in two right now. One with the guys from my church that's head to head and I'm barely in third place and another that's rotisserie with the guys at guitar101.com that I'm just fucking anhialating in. I own every category...it's gotta suck for them.

rotisserie is better with less than 10 teams if possible. imo. head to heads better with a lot of guys playing where the draft takes you pretty deep in to the league. Challenging.
