From the cheese ballad "Who Has The Right?" on Sammy's first post-Van Hagar album "Marching to Mars". Yes I'll admit to buying it, for the song "Little White Lie" which contained everything that was missing from the Van Hagar records - it was actually a decent rock song. Of course these days you can just download all that stuff. "Little White Lie" was actually decent, it had a bluesy feel to it. If Hagar could have stayed more in that vein or in the vein of the original Montrose, he might be more than an assclown.

What's sad is that the original Montrose actually DID appear on a song on that album, but it was pretty disappointing. Sounded like a Balance leftover. Little White Lie and Salvation on Sand Hill are really the only decent songs on the record. Maybe it's because Slash is on guitar, or just because Sammy was actually pissed off and wrote about something besides love or aliens?
