Thats a strange setup...

In a normal shower, you have a constant stream of water
flowing directly into a drainage pipe. The same pipe that
the toilet drains into. So theoretically, you can piss into the
shower steam and its washing straight away.
The drain (same one connected to toilet) is directly below you.

So plumbing wise, theres no difference. (If you piss directly into
the drain). However, If you are standing there and pissing all over
the shower walls and recepticle. Thats pretty gross dudes..

just use the handheld to rinse the walls off. no biggie.

we use some cleaner that you spray in the shower after you're done, can't remember the name of it though...spray some of that, and then use the handheld to rinse it down...no scummy shower.
