I see you're getting your info from NewsHax again. That quote was taken completely out of context. What Dean said was though he hates everything about Republican policies, he admires the party's solid organization. - Which they have because their isn't an "RLC" comprised of Democratic moles claiming to be Republicans taking them down from the inside.
