can someone give me specifics? I know they covered a lot of older blues songs back in the day, and I heard them lift the Joni Mitchell line "She's got flowers in her hair" in "Going to California" and stuff like that. But, does anyone know who they were big fans in particular?

Howlin' Wolf, Robert Johnson, and Willie Dixon, to name a few.

I dont know, but would like to know !

Not just Page's, but Bonham, John Paul Jones and Plant.
As Led Zep was a definate comination of all these guys.

It's been awhile, but I know all 4 of 'em were all major fanz of the Blues...

I do know that, both Page and Plant, were heavily influenced in their youth by Elvis Presley, especially the early Rockin' Elvis (Baby Let's Play House, HeartBreak Hotel, Good Rockin' Tonite, Love Me...)
