I have a friend who just completed full body lipsuction, a chemical peel and Botox. She is 85% satisified; three months later there is still swelling from the lipo.

Little know fact, 1/3 of women who have had plastic surgery have long term complications, including severe degenerative diseases.

Only a total idiot would do plastic surgery, unless its the last alternative.

The most dangerous of all plastic surgery is lipo-suction.

I know plenty of women who have had plastic surgery, up to 10 years ago and over half said it was a big mistake now.

If you cannot keep the fat off and are working out and eating right, etc., get your hormones fixed because that is the problem.

Step one Diet.

Stop eating so much diary products. Eat lots of fish for protein and calcium. YOu need it anyway cause fish make you smarter and right now, you're as dumb as a brick.

Oh, and forget about Atkins. You're really just keeping most of the fat in, and just taking water out of your body.

If you stop eating diary products and beef, you'll become thin pretty fast.

Step 2 Exercise

Get out and do some laps or sit-ups or something. Most guy's don't care so much for the size of the breasts. It's the shape that really counts. IF you're all fat and stuff and have big tits, only a few guys that are into that sorta thing will like you anyway. Go firm up those tits. Saggy tits will only be nasty. Same for silicone breasts.

Your tits will grow in time, but for now, at least you can aim to get perky little ones if you can't aim to get rocket ta tas.



Plastic surgery is the coward's way out, and just by even thinking about it, you've lost a lot more points then you would have by being fat in my opinion.
