Maybe I didn't look hard enough but I can't believe "Indeedido" isn't on here, that's definitely one of my favorite songs.

There really are about 7 songs that I like equally on that album: Slam Dunk!, Lose The Dress (Keep the Shoes), Little Texas, Indeedido, Black Sand, Going Places, Weekend with the Babysitter.

Black Sand is just a killer song. Cool feel good music.

I like Slam Dunk cause it reminds me of VH days.

Relentless is awsome. Excellent intro riff and good hook verses.

This whole album is by far my favorite DLR release. The only song I don't dig too much is "Tight" as it was originally called "Private Parts" for Howard Stern and I like that version better.

Goin' Places!

I still can't believe Dave didn't release it as a single - it would have been a hit! Although they might have had to edit out the acoustic intro.

BLACK SAND by far is my favorite song off THE DLR BAND..
It is not a rocker.. it is a beautiful song...
Kudos to Terry Kilgore, Tom Lilly, Ray Luzier and Dave!!
They wrote and recorded it.

However..

RELENTLESS is my favorite rocker.. very catchy, great lyrics...
BOOM! It's got it!!

There isn't a loser on the whole CD.

But I LOVE "Right Tool for the Job" - Classic Blues Rocker, although not Dave's Best vocal work on this genre.

I listen to this CD and hear Led Zepplin and other classic rock themes. And I haven't heard much better lead guitar work anywhere.

I just got this one recently and haven't sat down and read through the lyrics in the liner notes yet. I can't wait to see the lyrics to Weekend with the Babysitter.....

That whole Cd iz kick ass...

I've played this disc, easily for 40 people, and until I told 'em about it, they didn't even know it existed! not one single bad or mixed review came back, only that people had wished that Roth, being capable of producing such a monster, would one day be back in Halen...

I still believe, if Dave had better management and promo, then and now, THIS cd woulda been his commercial comeback!!!

my fav track off DLR Band?

Black Sand.

For me, WAWAZAT dominates the rest of the CD. Big guitar, strong beat and fun philosophy.

Probably Little Texas and Slam Dunk are my next two faves. I realize Slam Dunk sounds all at once tto VH and too commercial, but I love the sound and the lyrics.
