So whats the story with this guy? Is he still in the DLR Band?

On Zakk Wylde.com theres a picture of James in the studio with Zakk. The caption reads that he's doing some bass parts for the new Black Label Society album.

Then at Melodicrock in his Ozzfest news he mentions that joining Black Label Society for that tour will be James Lomenzo .

So if this is true then Dave isnt touring this summer or he's looking for a new bassist or that maybe he really is going to play with Van Halen.

James recorded 18 songs with Zakk awhile back. Some of the songs will be on Zakk's next album.

I would bet my shorts Dave won't be touring with Van Halen this summer.
