Italy´s government has announced it will start withdrawing its troops from Iraq no later than September. Ukraine´s troops are just leaving.

I guess we can start calling Bush and Blair´s so called "coalition of the willing" what it actually was all along,

"coalition of the bullied, blackmailed and bribed"!
