Knee the other day........looks like i'm off it for a week solid.


Looks like no more DLR jumps and kicks for awhile :D

No sadly this time it wasn't a DLR kick or jump that did this.....I fell and rolled it under me. This is the second time I've done this to the same knee the first time well ..........that was from a Roth move LOL


I went to the Dr said stay off it for a week and gave me some drugs so I'm feelin pretty good about now.
