:) i was wondering what everones opinion is....what version of ice cream man do you prefer the one he did with VH or the one off Diamond Dave......i liked them both but i'm starting to dig the one off of DD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

It's cool I can't spell either. Back to the question at hand......I still prefer the CVH version but I was listening to the newer version last night and it is very cool in its own way that stand apart from the CVH version.

Both versions are great but nothing compares to a live extended rap version. I especially like ICM from Largo'82.

Largo'82 DVD has a longer intro during which he's rapping.

Actually he raps a lot in the intro at the Rama gig as well - some story about his high school days. I highly recommend the Rama recording from the bootleg page.

i like the DD version, he make the "big band" sound so cool, like what he does with the billy fields songs.
