Guys all this fighting has to end.
Tonight I cooked a incredible Bird. I stuffed it with Garlic Cloves and bread and Butter. It was a small cooking chicken a whole Roaster if you will.
Anywya I took the neck and Gizzard out.
I just wraped the garlic around in bread with the butter with the garlic.
So when it cooked it soaked the break and leaked as a False organ system for the chicken instead of providing it with life. It provided it with Flavor.
Also filling a Turkey sized Roaster with about 5 or six potatoes.
4 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of celery
Pour enough water in to cover the Vegetables.
Cook in a Oven with about 4 or 5 pats of butter for about 2 hours.
At about a hour and a half and flit the bird over. Now season the Water with Salt Pepper. Poulrty seasoning and Spinkle bread crumbs with and pour some poultry Broth mix in the water if you have it. It just enhances the chicken.
After you've flipped it over. for a bit. Throw the Broiler on after you take it out to flip it over. Keep it on there enough to dry out the top. Make whatever bread crumbs are on there stiff and dry.
