The prog giants of the 70s?
PINK FLOYD
YES
ELP
KING CRIMSON
Tough call, but I am going to go with YES.
But, Pink Floyd are a VERY close second.
and ELP are a VERY close 3rd.
The reason I picked Yes is because I love Jon Anderson's voice, I think Rikk Wakeman is one of the greatest keyboard players of all time, ditto for Steve Howe and his guitar, and Chris Squire is such a unique bass player. Then, there's the songs. Very few times has there been a band that are as magical as Yes have maintained to be.
