Someone Starts a "Good-Bye, I'm Leaving" thread........

BAN THEM 3 DAYS LATER [ Let them stay long enough to read the flames ]

And make newbies wait for a period BEFORE spamming the boards with threads, let them read and and learn a little first.

We can call it "Mattie's Law"




Obviously I know this will never happen, but I needed to vent after this little attention whore went on his "im leaving, now im back" fagfest

yeah good...or all newbs are given a 3 day lease...w/o knowing it...and if they start too much shit...lease denied test failed

Well, yes! They were all the rage, back then. Everyone had to have one. :p

Actually, I had two 'leaving' threads that weren't actually goodbye. One was THREATENING to leave if the 'War of 10 Years' as I call it, wouldn't stop and the other was a 'I'm outta here for awhile, be back soon' thread.

You should have to get "jumped" into this site.
As soon as you register, you are automatically redirected to a new forum where you get flamed on for 3 days..

If you come back on the 4th day, you're in. :)

At the ROGAN BOARD, you don't get the privilege of an avatar or the use of the PM function until after 30 days and 100 posts. I like that idea, but maybe make it 50 posts an a couple of weeks. Oh yeah, you have to post porn within your first 10 posts also, or they ignore you, supposedly.:D

LOUNGEMACHINE is correct, NEWBIES should be prevented from posting for the first two or three days. Then they should have some sub-human status (no avatar or PM capability) for the first 30 days/100 posts.

I also think we need a new rating system that is based on actual posting merit, where the rater must make comments (like the ROGAN BOARD has) rather than the five-star popularity cuntest we currently have. And newbies (with less than 100 posts) should be prevented from rating anybody.
