Bob's idea is a good one. Sharing a story that we have written. A great Idea.
This was my creative writing coursework in English. It is a biography about a rock band that formed in the late 1970s in a holiday park called Haven (a popular chain in the UK). Their music sucked, but they had great hair.
It was originally around 50-60 pages long, and was told to cut it down to 3 or 4 pages, as it was too long to submit. Because of this, it has lost a lot of what it had, and now just seems rushed, as if you were watching highlights of this year's Champions League final.
