View Full Version : JACKO: YOUR verdict?

Now that we`ve heard all the evidence, what do you think will happen to Michael Jackson?

I know it`s hard as we all love him for being an artist and performer.

I watched the trial every day on TV and I don`t think he`ll go down.

He may get done with supplying alchohol to a minor but I don`t think the child molestation charge will stick.

In my opinion, the Arvisos are a bunch of grifters and Jacko left himself wide open for this kind of shit.

he has done some great songs in his time, but his time is over.

I think they'll find something in the end. I think he's guilty.

Well, I want him sent to the slammer.

It does not matter what his intentions are....is this fucking freak still going to be sleeping with young bys when he is 65 or 70????

Fucking pervert....

Yeah he was cool in the Jackson 5 era.

But those fucking days are over! HE NEEDS TO GROW THE FUCK UP!!!!

And the only way to force him to do this is to send him to jail, so he can BE SOMEBODY'S BITCH AND GET ASS-RAPED ON A REGULAR BASIS!!!!

In my opinion...he's innocent...

I don't think he ever molested anyone...he's just a weird guy with some mental illnesses.

I have to agree. When something goes this far into a trial usually that suggest that the person did in fact do the crime.
The reason I say that is the police must show Prosecutor that enough evidence exists TO GET A CONVICTION. The Prosecution does not take on cases they think they will lose. That is a fact. Unless there is a SUBSTANTIAL LIKELIHOOD OF CONVICTION they will not touch it.

So the case then revolves around the "games" that the defensen and prosecution play. The court case does not become about guilt or innocence it becomes about "technicalities" etc.

Jackson did it, just as OJ Simpson did it. The key is which side, the degense or prosecution, was able to make the better case based on a lot of different factors. Its not about evidence, its about so much more.

Guilty.

"Hang 'em High" ;)

However, I think he's gonna walk on a lesser charge, probably one of the "givin' booze to kiddies" charges.

He's too rich to go to the pen. I hope I'm wrong, though.

Recognized guilty or not?
THE PARENTS are to blame.

They sent their kids to this ranch knowing very well that there was already controversy.
As a parent, would YOU take that chance???

They didn't care if there would be molestations or not, all they wanted was a chance to $sue and get their 15 mins. of fame...

Shame on them all, for "selling" their kids!!!

As a parent, you have to protect your children...
They certainly failed to do that!

I see your point, and where you're comming from, because in part the parents knew what was most likely going to happen to their child, but even still, that doesn't excuse Michael from a crime, or makes him any less to blame.

It's immoral, unethical, and ILLEGAL to molest children, no matter what spin you put on it, Mike did something he wasn't suppose to do, and he did it anyway.

It's sort of like the whole statatory rape thing. It doesn't matter if the sex was concentual or not, if the girl is underage, your ass is going to jail despite it.

I'm not saying either party is right, I'm saying their both wrong.

And frankly, I don't care if it was planned or not, volentary or not, you touch/hurt a kid, you deserve what ever comes your way, end of fucking story.

Hardrock69

You KNOW that if (WHEN) he gets sent to the slammer there is going to be massive competition amongst the inmate population to be the first one to ass-rape him, so they can have 'boasting rights'.

Completely agree.

I personally, am undecided. First time, that could have been a plot to get money.

Second time-that's a bit iffy.

Having seen the family's history, they could have been just getting a lot of money from a mentally ill guy.

There's a lot of twists and turns in this here case, and I have no idea what to believe.

However, I don't think that this will be an OJ.

People care about children more than they do about adults. OJ killed adults, adults he knew. Jackson alledgederly molestered a child. Not a child he knew too well, either. Just a random child. That makes people fear more. Plus, he is a weird guy, and if there is sufficient evidence, the jury will hold that against him.

And if he IS found guilty-he'll kill himself.

I was going to say something else, but I can't remember what it was.

If someone molestered YOUR child-what would you do?

Take $20 million or see the guy go down?

Personally, I'd see the guy go down, and fuck the money...
Hell, I wouldn't even take his ass to court, if somebody did anything to my family or my kids, I'd fucking kill the guy...But that's just me.

As I said earlier, Michael Jackson is being done for Child Molestation, and, I imagine people on the jury have kids, so he won't walk if there is sufficient evidence. Also, his weirdness will go against him. If he is found innocent (and we'll probably know by the beginning of next week), it will be because he is innocent, or there was not enough evidence to prove his guiltyness (is that a word?).

Apparently under Californian law the verdict must be unanimous one way or the other.

If not there will be a retrial.

So he`ll either be all sugar or all shite.

On a side note, is it true he`s got a cock that looks like a barbershop pole?
