I'm just curious, are there any conservatives here who support Bolton's nomination as UN Ambassador?

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee sent his nomination to the full Senate for a vote without recommending him beforehand, which is pretty rare. At least one Senate Republican is urging his colleagues not to vote for Bolton.

Now a line has been drawn in the sand -- unless the White House releases the NSA documents, there will be no vote on Bolton. Any predictions on how the stalemate will end?

Who? Is he mentioned by HOWARD DEAN?

Maybe if Dean issued a statement saying that "John Bolton is absolutely the best candidate for UN ambassador ever", it would prompt the neocons into doing the right thing and killing the nomination :D

Hey FORD, did you hear that Dean and Bolton were once childhood friends? Dean may be BCE after all.

FORD's grandfather once worked with Ted Bundy. Does that make him a serial killer?

I certainly hope not. He lives too close to me.

Ted himself lived closer. So did Gary Ridgeway.
