It was a Beavis & Butthead Halloween special.
B & B went to Mr. Anderson's house to Trick Or Treat. He gives them some shit about being to old for that, then his phone rings.
He answers it and says:
"Hello?"
"Who??"
"John Thomas?...how long's it been???"
