Well fellow rothanators, this is my whopping 100th post since joining
the roth army. Just think, in a long time to come i'll be up there with
CG, Bueno Bob, Rikk, and Matt White! Might take a few years, but I'm slowly working my way up. Speaking of you fellow members, how did you discover this website? Just curious, that's all.

I found this place just being bored at work and looking for David Lee Roth shit on the web...
The thing I think is most interesting is that this site experienced a huge explosion of memberships in early 2004. I think this site has been around at least 4-5 years, right?

But if you look at DlocRoth's member number of 271 in Jan 2004 and GoldenAwe's number of 663 later that month, and then you see Bill's number at 2949 in March, my member number of 4054 in April, Lounge at 6584 in July...

How did I find this site? All I wanted was some pure DLR and CVH stuff and a thread board such as this. I was infuriated over the Van Hagar reunion and needed a safe haven from that. Long and behold, the
night I signed up was when I just came home from the DLR concert at
casinorama. So far it's great here. Yeah, we get some neanderthals here but they come and go. This site also cracks me up with those doctored pics of Spammy! *LOL*

I originally cruised into this place shortly after it was originally opened - which was years back...

I spent time at all the Van Halen sites, originally, looking for info after '99, Slawterhouse, the Links, Dave's official site. Mostly lurked and read, although I'd throw my two cents in on occasion with one user name after another.

Finally decided to register here after I saw enough like-minded people. Had I originally registered when I first start coming to the sites, right now I'd be one of the elders of this board, no shittin'... :)
