This story pops up every couple of months or so, and at the present time, it's more or less a hoax.

However, don't believe for a second that the BCE would NOT do this if they could get away with it.

Their ties to the pharmaceutiacl industry are deep, and go back for generations, just like their ties to the oil industry. And we all know how much THAT is costing us (not just money either)

The reason this fraudministration is so hardcore against medicinal marijuana is because they know it's more effective than synthetic prescription drugs in many cases. And the same goes for any herbal remedy which works as well, or better than the prescription version.

I think that any legislation as such is aimed more at supplements (Echinacea, St. John's Wort, etc.) than at actual vitamins.

For all the same reasons FORD outlined...the pharmaceutical industry wants to ban anything that steps on their turf. Meaning anything that might actually WORK, and that they cannot make money on....
