We all wonder what we're paying for through taxes but because the cowards in Washington are afraid and too cowardly to line item this kind of spending, it goes unnoticed.

The special commitment center is "Gitmo Lite" A very secure island facility, but no torture that I know of. And not likely .

I've been to McNeil Island as a visitor and believe me, it takes damn near an hour just to get through all the doors and gates just for a job interview. It's a great place to keep those perverts locked up. Though if it were up to me personally, I'd probably open a few gates "accidentally" and let the general population of the prison mix in with these guys, and guarantee that releasing them would never be a problem.
