The special commitment center is "Gitmo Lite" A very secure island facility, but no torture that I know of. And not likely .
I've been to McNeil Island as a visitor and believe me, it takes damn near an hour just to get through all the doors and gates just for a job interview. It's a great place to keep those perverts locked up. Though if it were up to me personally, I'd probably open a few gates "accidentally" and let the general population of the prison mix in with these guys, and guarantee that releasing them would never be a problem.Eat Us And Smile
