So are they actually trying to convince us that a fat slob like that Doug guy can get a rather cute chick to marry him!

Or has obesity turned into fashion in the USA??

That show does fucking blow, agreed. So does According To Jim, and that other slab o' shit with Jamie Gertz (who I'd like to poke) and some fat dude.

Everybody Loves Raymond was so fuckin' gay.

Wanted to slam it in Patricia Heaton's ass, but that was about it.

The tall dude who played Ray's brother wasn't all that funny, although you could tell by the way he carried himself that he thought he was hilarious. Big, tall guy who has a goofy voice. Total one-trick pony, and the one trick wasn't anything special.

Watched the last episode with my wife, and was irritated with the cloying way the show tried to pass itself off as some timeless, cherished tv icon of sit-comedy. Like it was some earth-shattering event that this was going off the air. A total attempt to rip-off the whole hooplah over the last episode of Seinfeld several years back. Pat Heaton had lost her voice, so there was this hokey behind-the-scenes drama about having to postpone the taping of the last episode by a week. Fuckin' queer.

Boggles my mind how much these 'actors' were making for a show that relied on the same, mindless plot that was recycled for every show.
