It just hit me what the obvious motivation here is.....

Now that "the terraists" hit London, and Blair had to run home, they no longer have to pretend to be doing something about Africa, and all the attention to the issue brought on by the Live 8 concerts can be dismissed in the name of "national security" :rolleyes:
