Lookin for anyone in their late 30's, or early 40's who can relate....
I am a father of 2 who turned 41 this week. I used to work out a lot, but that has been curtailed these last couple of years by raising the aforementioned chlldren.
Although, last summer before going to Hawaii, I was trying to get in shape by running 1-2 miles a day 3x a week (worked out okay).
My point... I went and ran a mile (yeah, JUST a mile) today, the first time in 10 months, but I did it in my usual time of 8 minutes, and it felt pretty good even though I was pretty hot and winded.
Just feeling good about that. Nothing spectacular I know, but like I said at the start... maybe someone in my age group can respect and relate to it.
