It's all choice man. Mp3's or .shn, leave it all up to us. we're big boys. we'll figure it out. Seriously, we know the flaws of mp3's. but we also know the flaws of .shn. we waiver, we choose, we decide, and we finalize our decisions based on the pros and cons. I have cable/dsl and Im telling you it is NOT as easy as what Lou has said. you need supported software and 4 days to get the songs you want. No thanks. I'll take Music Match, Mp3's and ten mins later Im listening to a great new compilation of Diamond Dave, courtesy of Cato. Thanks Cato.

And as for all the so called "crackling", "miscues" and "un-aligned tracks" that MP3's give off. So what? 2 years ago it was impossible to find any boots whatsoever. Now were gonna complain about how crystal fucking clear the songs are? Shit, I remember the days of recording Van Halen US Festival '83 onto a cassette. And you know what? I was as happy as a pig in shit.

I know...Ive said in another thread "to each his own" about this. Do what you want. My efforts now to convert people away from Mp3 are more "tongue-in-cheek" than anything. Old dawgs do not like to be taught new tricks.

But every now and then Im gonna get up on my high-horse and try and convince people that there is something better out there, if convenience and bandwidth arent issues for you.

I have a few more DLR solo shows in Mp3 that I will upload here in due time, because I got them BEFORE I knew about the better way, and because I dont have as much of a problem with spreading mp3 sourced shows (as long as they were converted to Mp3 BEFORE we knew about bit torrenting).

You are getting yours, (of this show) now I want mine...with all the data and sound that Cato has on those Silver CD's that he scanned.
