James Bond - Die Another Day

Got this DVD last night. I had seen it in the theater when it came out a couple of years ago.

This is the best James Bond film in the past 20 years, hands down!

Some really amazing plot twists, and some action stuff where you are literally thinking "How in the FUCK is he going to get out of THIS one?". :eek:

I give it two thumbs up.
Halle Berry is hot.

Rosamund Pike is HOT!!!

I dunno, bring back the old James Bond way of doing things.

Get rid of Judi Dench as the politically correct female M. Get the number of sexist quotes up and let's have the badguys holed up in underground/underwater palaces with an army all dressed in red boiler suits.

The last truly decent James Bond film was The Spy Who Loved Me. That had everything described above.

I had this problem with it.

When escaping in the long, dragster type, rocket car, cruising across the ice until it goes over the edge ... he's hanging there, miles up and has the time to construct a surf board and detach the parachute (all without moving the thing too much to where he would plummet) to wind surf his way to safety, in artic cold waters with icebergs and all of it, and not even catching cold.

Huge Bond fan, have them all and seen them all many times, but c'mon with that ... I know it's the movies and all ... but Christ.

But the babes are always hot.
