Saw this on another board. Apparently the latest project for the guys at OCC was a NASA tribute bike. From one of the posts, it sounds like the bike looks a lot better in person than in these pics. I'll be curious to see whether they actually fabricated those rims - I think on another chopper they had help to get that spinner effect (Lincoln Truck Chopper?)

that bike coudl've been way more modern and futuristic looking than that, and why they always go for the easy design ( like nasa tribute, ordinary bike and we put a space shuttle on it...)

there is another bike designer outhere that is way more advance, the bike simply look like you could fly with!

seriously they are way more space than the piece of shit bike occ did.

and seriously the guy who design those bike is a legend in the motorcycle world is name is arlen ness, these babies are the price of a ferrari...

Yeah, I thought it was kinda cheesey the first time I saw it. OCC seems to do quite a bit of the high-profile, high publicity tribute or corporate choppers. IMO there are other builders that do a lot slicker bikes than them. Matt Hotch?

there you go, thank you for sayin that they are cheesey, i like to watch their show sometimes, but I like it better when there is biker build off.

If you don't like their stuff, don't look at it...

OCC's bikes appeal to their fans as other builders appeal to their fans. There's enough to go around for everyone...

The OCC bike looks nice (their bikes all tend to have the same look though), some of the ones you guys posted are fugly.

i can predict that is they do a military truck, the gas tank will look like a ''tank'' and it's going to be camouflage, the pipes will probaly look like guns and so forth...

apply the same rules for any other ''theme''

my point is that i think they need to re-think their approach to design, they are so big that they have the ressources to do something way beyond the usual theme bike...

but I guess they have their t.v recipe and they decide to stick with it.

sad

i dunno. OCC seems to order a lot of pieces from other suppliers. i'd rather see more fabrication going on in the shop, kinda like West Coast Choppers, and some of the Biker Build Off guys. that British guy who does all the bikes painted flat black is pretty good.

saw the Lincoln bike at the Detroit auto show...it's pretty bad-ass.
