Extend Edit Time

What is it with these edit times every message board needs to add on to your posts?

I can see that a stamped post or edit may inform people of what was there at a certain time in case a comment is seriously changed due to an edit.

BUT MOST EDITS ARE FOR FUCKING MISSPELLED WERDS AND I FIND MYSELF HURRYING UP TO CORRECT THE SPELLING OF A POST IN THE 2 MINUTES ALLOWED TO DO THAT AND "FUCK" IT NEVER WORKS!!!

IT TAKES LONGER THAN 2 FUCKING MINUTES TO PROOF READ A FINAL POSTING.

STOP THIS FUCKING MADNESS NOW AND EXTEND THE EDITING TIME ON "THIS" MESSAGE BOARD TO 5-FUCKING-MINUTES!
