"Don't Piss Me Off" still ranks up there for me. Perfect range for the Diamond.

"King of the Hill" is my fave Dave in the last decade, or so.

Sounds like Dave singing Karaoke...

Good singing though...

In the car stereo, when people are driving like assholes to shave a
few minutes off of their commute time

I GOT NO TASTE
FOR SECOND PLACE

BTW, it's a Marvin Gaye song from the early 70's written partly by Smokey Robinson...

Cool tune...

I love CGTSNM. I can't believe the flack it gets by some folks around here.

CGTSNM has way more of a CVH vibe than MWM.

Mezro...what real Dave fan would hate this song?...

The top songs off DLR Band are pretty much the best thing he's done through the last TWENTY years...Wa Wa Zat!, Blacksand, Goin' Places etc...

David Lee Roth's greatest song in the last 10 years?

For me difficult to choose just one song off it but DLR Band has 'em all. Except Black Sand, I find that one's only great for treating my insomnia.

the last 10 years?!? wow, what a difficult choice. dave only put out one original album. he most be glad he got away from the lazy vh bros so he could have no limits on his blossoming solo career. yflm had some great moments, but the coward is afraid to put anything new out that won't sell. i'd at least like to see a live show setlist with 50/50 material(solo vs. old vh.) why does he continue to be just the shitty singer in a vh coverband? p.s. all objectors fuckoff and wake up. love the ritetool!

Splain to me how the original singer of the said songs, writer, producer,
arranger, dreamer, sceamer ,video designer, sole inspiration of said
songs is in a cover band.

Please Splain?

1. Me Wise Magic
2. Can't Get This Stuff No More

Relentless is a kick ass rocking song. RIvals some CVH songs without a doubt.

Well, if we're going to count MWM and CGTSNM, I'd have to say those two, far beyond any solo stuff, even though they're not that great to begin with.

Warham
09-11-2005, 10:55 AM
There's something about the tone of the guitar in Relentless that drives me nuts. It's sort of like nails on a chalkboard.

I think that album was probably mixed between cigarette breaks by Erwin Musper.
