The west bank is a dangerous crime filled community. No one in their right mind would evacuate to that area, especially having no idea it would not be flooded as well...

You drop the word “opportunity” which means “jobs” in that community and you give them those opportunities in the corrupt city government or school administrations.

And you did it all by yourselves to yourselves. You’re too slick for your own good because by your own words, “Bush isn’t that smart.”

The Democrat lie showed that my money supported people that behaved as savages and there’ll be more to answer for than losing a job. You Democrats just created the easiest spending CUTS and demonstrated where the money doesn’t need to go.
