I would probably say pig brains are the strangest thing I've ever eaten, and not by choice. My dad practically made me sample some when I was about 5 years old, and I've never eaten any since! Sometimes I'll eat pickled pigs feet...now I like those! :D

The meat itself is actually rather tough, but very good. The heart is REALLY good, though...ate the meat, heart, liver, kidneys. We cooked the brain up for a stew, but I avoided that, mostly.
