I was wondering which provides the better quality audio / video:

S-Video with RCA red & white audio chords or the new Red - Blue - Green component chords?

Also, is the Red - Blue - Green component chord video AND audio or is it just video?

Just trying to catch up with the times here...Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

out of what you listed, component cables are the best. they are video only.

Seriously, thanks guys. I used to be up on all the latest shit, but the past few years have kind of passed me by in the electronics world.
