Do you think sedition against a particular regime (deemed tyranical) is sedition against a whole nation?

NEXT POLL:

Do you think a corrupt regime can hide behind a whole nation's sedition laws for opposing or resisting any law of the whole nation to defeat opposition to it's corruption and/or tyranny?
