If you cannot sleep, you're restless, stressed out, scayed of da boogie man, just had a nightmare, a stellar wet dream (and have to clean up,) bladder can no longer hold it and you gotta take a piss, strungout, the book you're reading sucks, you've maxed out your credit card and cannot afford Tony Robbins tapes or Ron Popeil shit, not enough ludes, reefer or booze, just don't feel like catchin' some ZZZ's or whatever the fuck...

Sometimes stressing about the hours of sleep one is not getting is actually more damaging than the missing hours of sleep itself.
Nobody as ever died from luck of sleep I haven' t not yet at least.
