I've been trying to find a COMPLETE transcription of the bass line to "Yankee Rose" on the 'Net. All the typical tab sites seem to have used the same shitbag tablature transcription that is NOT note-for-note and does NOT include the tapping section in the 2nd verse. If you have the full transcription or know where I can find it, please e-mail me at tenringwraith@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance!

I searched the forum, and downloaded the PowerTab program and the file for "Yankee Rose." There are some SERIOUS problems with the bass tab - BIGTIME. The only section that I was NOT able to figure out by ear is the tapping part in the middle of verse #2.
So, if you know of a place where there is a COMPLETE and accurate music notation and / or tab transcription of the bass line, please HELP!!

If you mean the bass fill at "something`s in the air" I`m not sure he`s tapping there.
Sounds like a fast trill on the G string with hammer/pull offs between the open G, 5th fret C and 7th fret D notes, maybe...

D.C., thanks for that link. Unfortunately, that tab is also inaccurate as so many 'Net tabs are.
I've just purchased the Billy Sheehan Advanced... DVD. Once I see *exactly* what he's doing on those two sections, I'm going to post the real deal HERE.
