Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt is so miffed at Hillary Clinton that he's thinking of becoming a Republican.
On August 25, the celebrated pornographer donated $1,000 to Mrs. Clinton, according to the third quarter filing by the former first lady's Senate campaign.
But less than a month later, Hillary returned the check.
"It's unbelievable," Flynt told Newsday. "But I'm used to this kind of hypocrisy."
"I've been a lifelong Democrat," the widely acclaimed smut peddlar said. "But I guess I'm going to have to find a third party or maybe some Republicans."
During the 1998 impeachment battle, Flynt aided both Bill and Hillary Clinton with some third party financial support - when he offered $1 million to any witness who could provide sexual dirt on Republicans.
Flynt's cash for trash investigation resulted in the resignation of House Speaker Robert Livingston on the eve of Mr. Clinton's impeachment.
Two years later, Mr. Flynt said Mr. Clinton had expressed his gratitude.
"The president sent word to me, you know - ahh, he was thankful for my effort," he told the New York Observer after the 2000 Democratic Party convention.
