As with black riots in the U.S., the black leaders of their community must come out to stop the violence, which is predominantly against their own property, and then community leadership to guide the rebuilding phase.

The wealthy developers don't develop land in the residential sectors of large cities anywhere in the world. They're all slums in all 'first world' nations surrounded by billions of dollars of development in football stadiums, arenas, skyscrapers, hotels, but NO development for decent housing with proper city services for good schools and education.

Plus, you've got to create a few jobs, especially in socialist countries such as France, and you can't have high idle populations of unemployed.

So riots produce government money to rebuild, or 'develop', these residential neighborhoods of cities where the billions spent for development in the cities isn't spent on developing their neighborhoods and communities.

Think about it.

The taxes from all of these billion dollar developments in cities should be paying for the schools. That's nonsense. The commerical corporations and their huge city developments receive tax breaks and they don't pay taxes for decades for 'investing' in the city while the people who live in the cities starve for an education so they can be a good human resource for LABOR and THAT'S a real ECONOMY.

Fuck 'em.

Let's go to war and subdue the rich and take their wealth back for the benefit of mankind.

Maybe it's the TV.

Maybe the Paris rioters saw what happened to New Orleans and they want to burn down their part of the city to force rebuild a new one.

That's the way it's done.

Nero did it.
