Heres a great website;

http://spinaltapfan.com/spinal-tap-sounds.html

Whats everyones verdict...... maybe we could start off a quote war....'the question is, how much more black can you get, and the awnser is none.... none more black'

i reckon i can give people a run for their money?!

Nah-Bad News is much better.

Spinal Tap stole Bad News' idea as well. Plus, its got a better cast (The Comic Strip-Rik Mayall, Ade Edmonson, Nigel Plainer, Dawn French etc)

And the sequel "More Bad News" features guest appearences by Lemmy, Ozzy, The Scorpions, Philthy Animal, Fish and Def Leppard.

[reading a review of the album "Shark Sandwich"]
Marty DiBergi: The review for "Shark Sandwich" was merely a two word review which simply read "Shit Sandwich".

This is based on incident that happened to Quiet Riot, They had an album called Condition Critical and it got the two word review Condition Terminal.

David St. Hubbins: What?
Artie Fufkin: Do me a favor. Just kick my ass, okay? Kick this ass for a man, that's all. Kick my ass. Enjoy. Come on. I'm not asking, I'm telling with this. Kick my ass.

I love this one, with the album reviews:

Marty DiBergi: "This tasteless cover is a good indication of the lack of musical invention within. The musical growth of this band cannot even be charted. They are treading water in a sea of retarded sexuality and bad poetry."

Nigel Tufnel: That's just nitpicking, isn't it?

Just nitpicking!!! I love that line!

Well, Tap then obviously...but the Bad News guys WERE actual Brits...One of the funniest parts of that is when they play the Castle Donnington Festival..."Right when Vim yelled out 'I am the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix! All must kneel and praise me!' --THAT was when the crowd rioted....":D
